Additional Passengers - St. Louis Airport
Applies to two or more persons traveling from one address
to the same place. The first person will pay as noted above, each
additional person will pay $35.00 each way. Children under 8 travel at
reduced price when traveling with an adult. A child under the age of 4 must have
a restraint seat for the trip.
To/From Chicago O'Hare or Midway or Indianapolis Airport $200.00 for the 1st person and $35.00 for each additional person, each way.
To/From Bloomington Airport - $70.00 for the 1st person and $35.00 for each additional person, each way.

Payment
Drivers accept cash, local checks, and all major credit cards.
Trips orinating at the airport require prepayment to guarantee reservation.
Driver gratuity not included in rates.

POLICIES
|
 Pets will only
be transported in airline approved carriers. Assistance and guide
animals are accepted.
Reservations
made within 36 hours of travel are subject to space and van availability.
Always make reservations as early as possible.
SmartVan cannot
be held responsible for lost or damaged personal items, luggage,
or late arrivals/departures due to road conditions, weather, or
unforeseen mechanical mishaps.
Drivers will
meet St. Louis passengers at luggage carousel M1 at the main terminal
and near exit ET12. Bloomington passengers will be met in the luggage
area.
All flights
scheduled to arrive after 10:30 pm will have an additional $45 late
arrival charge per reservation.
Passengers with
flights within approx. one hour of each other will travel in the
same van. Inbound passengers may have approx. one hour wait
at the airport due to arrival of other flights. (SUBJECT
TO CHANGE WITH FLIGHT ARRIVAL TIMES)
All
online reservations need to be made 72 hours before travel to guarantee
service. Reservation made less than 72 hours may not be honored or will
include a late reservation fee, subject to hours before flight. Travel
arrangements made less than 36 hours should be made by calling the
office direct. |
